Balloon ride
The balloon and the Jungle Buddies take your preschooler on a journey toward calmer breathing.

How it works
Ballooning is a breathing exercise.
Download the required prints below. Cut them out. Now glue all the prints together in this order: print 1 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 3.
You have now created a panorama of mountains over which the hot air balloon travels. Give this panorama a nice place in the house that is easily accessible for your toddler. This also allows for spontaneous practice.
Instruction:
'All the Jungle Buddies want to go to the party on Monkey Island. For this they have to go over the big mountains of the Jungle. The best way to do this is in a hot air balloon! One by one they start their journey. Elephant goes first.
Follow the path with your finger. To ascend, we need extra air in the balloon: when the balloon goes up, breathe in through your nose and fill your lungs full of air.
Once over the top of the mountain, the balloon can gently float back down. Now very slowly blow out all the air again past your mouth.
Once one Junglemaatje has arrived at the party, take the next one on the way.
